About presentations

Information on paper presentations

1. Individual presentations will last 20 minutes. To ensure that a large audience can follow your presentation, the conference being held both in English and French, you are asked to prepare your slides in the opposite language of your presentation. For example, if you plan on speaking in English, then your slides will have to be prepared in French.

 2. To make it easier to move from one speaker to another, all power point communications must be on a USB key (not on a computer or online) and all audiovisual fragments must also be copied onto a USB key (the internet connection may fail).
